• * Because of the cost involved in entering listings, your executive has decided that f rom July 2007 those with "free" classified listings and all people listing with Arts Canterbury will need to be members of Arts Canterbury. Membership is $25 per year for one person, and $40 for two or more people, groups, galleries and organisations.

Definition of a Canterbury Artist: For the purpose of the Arts Canterbury website and Regional Arts Guide, a Canterbury artist is defined as one who has a particular association with the region, be it by way of residency, education or reputation. For an artist currently living outside the region, a significant body of work needs to have been created in or from this relationship with Canterbury. Most importantly, in keeping with the intent of the website, work by the artist must be able to be accessed for viewing or purchasing from within the Canterbury region.
