Born in Belgium with roots in Burgundy, France, Isabelle Wannenburg began her professional artistic journey in Paris, where she spent three years studying at Atelier Met de Penninghen et Jacques d’Andon and the École HourdÉ ESAT. The vibrant art scene in Paris fuelled her passion for art and graphic design, shaping her early creative direction.
After 17 years in Africa, she relocated to New Zealand, where the stunning landscapes of Canterbury, with its dynamic light and natural beauty, reignited her passion for painting.
Today, the land serves as her muse, inspiring her to create works deeply connected to its spirit.
