About
Matthew Musson is a 25-year-old English born Christchurch photographer who works a full-time business in the sport photography industry. Matthew studied a Bachelor of Art and Design in 2017 and furthered his study through a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts History during Covid of 2020. With studying finished Matthew now lives a fulfilling full-time career as a free-lance sports photographer. One of Matthew’s additional passions in the art of photography is Wildlife and Landscape.
Since pursuing a career in photography Matthew has won awards through both student and professional categories through the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography (NZIPP). Even being nominated for New Zealand Student Photographer of the Year in 2019. He has been a part of Arts Canterbury for the last three years exhibiting his work and has been enjoying sharing his nature photography work throughout New Zealand.
