Hughes is an award-winning artist who studied at the Wrexham Art College in the UK,
His creative journey spans four decades, where he devotes his time to developing skills in portraiture and landscapes, predominately in oils.
Having a successful illustration career through high profile publishing houses, he began establishing himself in the fine arts.
Hughes keenly passes on his knowledge through demonstration evenings, with Q&A’s and workshops, primarily over two sessions, where he covers reference, composition, gridding, drawing out and layered glazing techniques, using a variety of mediums.
