We are Canterbury Owned and Operated and have been supporting local artists and creatives for over 25 years.
The Drawing Room is Christchurch’s home to leading brands – including Winsor & Newton, Liquitex, Daniel Smith, Daler Rowney, Faber Castell, Derwent, ArtGraf, and many, many more! Our TDR team offer fantastic and friendly service and we enjoy building connections with all of our lovely artists and encouraging them on their artistic journey.
We are also the place for fun and informative workshops. We run a wide range of classes with well established artists and small class sizes to ensure a low teacher to student ratio. Everything from one off short classes to weekend courses and weekly sessions, in watercolour, oil, printmaking, sketching, sculpture etc.
