Lucy’s passion for art was nurtured at an early age. After studying sculpture in Sydney, Lucy has worked as a sculptor in New Zealand, Italy, Austria and Zimbabwe. Since then, Lucy’s desire to illustrate her life has inspired her to paint as much as sculpt. Interested in indigenous art and culture, her work holds a certain simplicity which aims to express a positive, emotional response.

Having exhibited in New Zealand for the past twenty years, Lucy’s work has found homes all around the world.

Although juggling artist,motherhood and teaching can be challenging,Lucy would never dream of doing anything else!
